EVENTS:  Private Event Reservations

On Saturdays and Sundays during Peak season, a member household may bring 5 guests. Peak Season starts on the second Saturday in June (inclusive) and ends on the last Sunday of July (inclusive). Exceptions to allow more than 5 guests will not be granted except in rare and unusual circumstances.

On weekdays and on Saturdays and Sundays during non-Peak season, a member household may bring up to 10 guests without the prior approval of the AFC president or the Special Events Chairs. Request forms for events with more than ten guests should be completed and submitted to the Special Events Chairs at least 10 days prior to the event. Large groups of 20 or more non-members will be considered only at the discretion of the Board. The forms are available on the AFC Web site. The Special Events Chairs are responsible for notifying the pool manager of approved events.

Regardless of the number of guests, if a member wishes to reserve the pavilion for a private event, the private event form must be completed. Although the pavilion is for all members' use while at the pool, AFC does allow members to reserve the pavilion for private parties for two hours during off-peak times.
