Private Swim Lessons
Private swim lessons can be arranged directly with the provider. AFC only provides a list of interested providers. Scheduling and payment is made directly to the instructor. Lessons can be setup anytime the pool is open for normal operating hours and is not being used for other pre-scheduled events. Unfortunately, lap swimmers have priority lane use so AFC encourages instructors and lesson attendees to schedule lessons for when the pool is least crowded.
Member eligibility is as follows:
– Certificate holders & Full summer Rentals – can sign up anytime through the end of the season
– Aug-Sep Rentals – can sign up from August 1st through the end of the season
A list of instructors can be found here: Private Instruction List
Notice: Any lessons arranged are strictly between the client and the swim instructor. AFC is only facilitating introductions.
