Stroke Clinics – Advanced Strokes

Stroke lessons are intended to serve students looking to further develop their skills swimming.  The advanced stroke and turns and transitions clinics are primarily for those swimmers who want to legalize and further refine their competitive swimming skills. The breaststroke and butterfly clinics will help swimmers to achieve and refine their strokes.  Strokes will rotate throughout each week for the session as follows:

  • Week 1: June 17- 20, Advanced Stroke – Breaststroke
  • Week 2: June 24-27, Advanced Stroke – Butterfly
  • Week 3: July 1-3&5, Advanced Stroke – Breaststroke
  • Week 4: July 8-11, Advanced Stroke – Butterfly
  • Week 5: July 15-18, Advanced Stroke – Breaststroke
  • Week 6:  July 22-25, Advanced Stroke – Butterfly
