**PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING A RESERVATION REQUEST**
Peak Season (2nd Sat in June – last Sun in July)
– No pavilion reservations allowed on Saturday or Sunday. Reservations Monday-Friday must end by 5:00.
– No reservations accepted during AFC events.
– Please see the online calendar. A member household may bring up to 5 guests.
Non-Peak Season (August – First Sat in June)
– Reservations must end by 5:00.
– No reservations accepted during AFC events.
– Please see the online calendar. A member household may bring up to 10 guests.
Private Event Reservation Guidelines
1. Pavilion reservation has a two-hour maximum. The host may set up 30 minutes before the reservation.
2. The large grill is not available. Members may bring their own charcoal and use the smaller Weber grills.
3. Members are responsible for clean-up.
4. Not allowed: glass containers, helium balloons, pinatas, tie-dying, loud music.
